  I am a fairly easy going parent, yet things at this daycare are awful. The director is an idiot. The lady below her is amazing though. The infant teacher is also a moron but the 9-18 month teacher is phenomenal. My child has been bitten all of 8 times since April and they claim they can't do anything about it. Products were used on my child that weren't brought by me, they used them from another child. The food is alright but no where near what they should be eating for the amount the daycare charges. My child would also be filthy when I went to pick them up from the daycare. Not so much now that they are in the next class up. If you use this daycare you need to be firm from day one. They are good to your child and your child will have fun there, but they will try and take adavantage of you so don't let them.
